Uniform Information
Uniform Numbers
Jersey Numbers1. Please note that players who receive and accept loyalty offers are given first preference of their jersey numbers.2. Jersey numbers must be added to every jersey that a player will use during the season. The number must be the same across all jerseys.3. If a player is asked to play on another team and that will result in a jersey number conflict, the player who was asked to play along with another team will need to obtain a set of loaner jerseys. Please email Lisa@synergyvolleyball.com with the request for loaner jerseys. Please indicate what size the jerseys need to be with your request.
Uniform Orders
- Dates are established for uniform try-on sessions at a pre-established time after tryouts are completed. All Synergy athletes are asked to attend one of the try on sessions. Uniforms are then ordered in bulk after the closing date established in the ordering system.
- Athletes must pay at least a $500 deposit towards club fees in order to place a uniform order.
- Players added to teams after the original uniform order is placed will receive their uniform items at a later date than the rest of the team that previously submitted their orders by the established deadline.
- If a player chooses to order their uniform items without first trying them on and an item does not fit properly, the player will charged individually for each item that must be reordered.
- When uniform orders arrive, players must be in good financial standing with Synergy Volleyball Club in order to receive their uniform package. Players who are not in good financial standing will have their uniform held until a payment or payment arrangements are made with the club management. Replacement Uniform Items
1. During the course of a season, if a player needs to reorder a uniform item as a result of losing the item or it no longer fitting properly, the replacement item(s) will need to be paid for outside of the normal uniform package price. 2. Once a replacement uniform item is requested, the item can not be canceled if the item is subsequently found and the item will need to be paid for upon its arrival.
Loaner Jerseys
Players who utilize loaner jerseys for any period of time are expected to wash and return those jerseys once their own uniform arrives and/or the jersey number conflict is resolved.
